During the Asia Pacific Clean Energy conference I was able to sneak out for a couple hours and visit my comrades in Hawaii. So glad to meet all the great people here on the Island of Oahu. In Honolulu we met in Thomas Square which has quite a bit of history. Very appropriate that it be occupied! This is one of the longest standing encampments to date. They have lots of fun with the police by changing the color of their tents. When the police come to remove all red tents they find themselves seeing only blue ones! (more…)
Tino and volunteers were busy working on the house while I was away being occupied by other things. Big thanks to David and Brandi for coming all the way from Fort Collins to help with the house and yard sale.
All our local volunteers were very hands on: Anne C, Anne B, Cheryl M, Don P., Glen B, Dr’s Pam & Gary P, Charles & Georgine B., Josh & Skiv and anyone I might have missed for helping with the yard sales and house reno’s. We could not have done all of this without you. (more…)
Loretta, who writes for the Pueblo Chieftan newspaper, came out yesterday to interview both Tino and I about the “little red house” known as “Pueblo House”. This little gem was recently donated to us. Much work is still to be done and funds are sparse. We hope this will bring us much needed donations so we can continue to improve this gem. (more…)
Bring and donate your stuff to our yard sale (scheduled for Aug. 17th + 18th) with all proceeds going to help the renovations costs for this “Pueblo House”. We are a non-profit, reaching out to the community to help make this project successful. We need a new roof, wiring and plumbing. We’re asking the community to pitch in. The yard sale is going to bring in much needed funding. All donations welcome and can be dropped off at the house any day prior to the event. Call us if you need us to pick something up and we’ll try to arrange it. (more…)

Since arriving end of July there’s been an outpouring of help and offers to make this little house into something very special. (more…)
